Last week, Niall Burns (CEO) and Ian Clarke (Group Operations Director) delivered a presentation on behalf of our clients to a UK Government Home Office case officer during the initial inspection of a pioneering medical treatment facility handling controlled drugs.
(In the UK, companies that possess, manufacture, produce, supply, import, or export controlled drugs must obtain a controlled drugs licence.)
We are pleased to report that the presentation was well received, with the case officer providing positive feedback following the inspection.
This project leveraged three divisions of Subrosa Group’s unique multi-divisional structure to deliver a fully integrated security system—spanning Physical, Technical, and Manned Security:
- SRG Special Projects conducted a comprehensive threat and risk assessment, site security survey, and security concept plan. The team also provided SR-rated doors, a CEN-rated safe, and overall security project management.
- SRG Technical & Cyber Security produced a Physical & Technical Site Security Report (PTSSR) and installed a video surveillance system, dual-verification access control, an intruder detection system, and a secure data network.
- SRG Security provides ongoing keyholding and alarm response services.
To date, Subrosa Group has maintained a 100% success rate in supporting our clients in attaining and renewing their Home Office controlled drugs licences.
