SENIOR SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTRE (SOC) MANAGER
East Midlands
£17.00 per hour
4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 0700–1900hrs

Subrosa Group is expanding its Security Operations Centre capability in the East Midlands.

We are seeking a Senior SOC Manager to provide leadership, governance, and operational oversight within our control room function.

This is a senior operational role responsible not only for live incident management, but for establishing standards, frameworks, and performance discipline across the SOC environment.


THE ROLE

• Lead and oversee SOC operations during live duty periods
• Develop and maintain incident response and escalation frameworks
• Establish and enforce control room SOPs and logging standards
• Oversee CCTV governance and evidential compliance
• Ensure operational continuity and service quality
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recurring operational risks
• Lead structured decision-making during major incidents
• Maintain audit readiness and reporting standards


CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven experience in a control room, SOC, or similar environment
• Strong leadership capability under pressure
• Structured and disciplined decision-making
• Clear, concise communication and reporting ability
• High professional integrity and attention to detail


MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Licence
• Must be capable of passing strict vetting to BS7858 standard
• Full 5-year employment history verification
• Employment gaps must be fully accounted for
• Enhanced background screening may apply

SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTRE (SOC) SUPERVISOR

Subrosa Group is expanding its Security Operations Centre capability in the East Midlands.

We are seeking an experienced SOC Supervisor to oversee live control room operations and supervise duty personnel within a structured SOC environment.

This role focuses on operational delivery, incident management, and maintaining discipline during assigned shifts.


THE ROLE

• Supervise SOC controllers and duty personnel
• Manage incident response procedures and escalation protocols
• Oversee CCTV review and evidential handling
• Coordinate alarm activations and response actions
• Ensure compliance with control room logging standards
• Conduct structured and accountable shift handovers
• Manage access control override procedures
• Lead initial response actions during major or critical incidents


CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven experience in a control room or SOC environment
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of escalation frameworks
• Confident operation of CCTV, alarm, and access control systems
• Clear and professional incident reporting skills
• Calm, structured decision-making under pressure
