A former member of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines. During a military career that spanned over 25 years he deployed on numerous operations to Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Whilst serving he specialised as a Mountain Leader and reached the rank of Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM).

Upon leaving the Royal Marines, he took up a management position with ISC Group Gulf, a Security Company based in Qatar. Initially controlling all aspects of Maritime Security and latterly in the role as Deputy General Manager. Answering directly to the Group Chairman (a member of the ruling Al- Thani family), and assisted by other members of the companys’ management, the organisation grew and established itself as one of the premier Security Service providers in Qatar, securing international schools, retail premises, oil and gas majors, banking premises and international sporting events

Kevin joins Subrosa Group as an Operations Director and brings with him 35 years of military/security experience and extensive senior management skills and expierence.

Stephen Jardine, is a Telecommunications and Information Technology consultant with over 35 years’ experience, helping clients solve complex business problems involving strategy, procurement, design, delivery and assurance of technology solutions.

With real world experience, incorporating his programming and technology skills, completing the most challenging and high-profile technology projects for global businesses.

Stephen joined SRG from the Legal and Professional sector, integrating Information Security Management and Auditing frameworks and compliance processes into his clients’ boardrooms, prior to what is commonly known today, as Cyber Security.

Prior, Stephen completed 11 years Military service of which included several years on technical operations with Special Forces.

Ian Clarke spent 23 years in the British Army serving as the Operations Warrant Officer within the Parachute Regiment and Special Forces Support Group. Ian holds a BA(Hons) degree in security consultancy and has strong cultural awareness gained over 15 years working as a risk adviser and security consultant for major oil and gas and mining corporations across the EMEA region.

He has managed multi-million-pound manned guarding contracts within financial and secure document sectors and has been involved in numerous Security Industry Authority (SIA) audits to assist companies in reaching Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status.

Ian is a member of the Security Institute, an instructor with Highfield and is a trained team leader in close protection, conflict management, physical intervention and first response emergency care.

Gary Madden leads on International Project management utilising his extensive security knowledge, experience and expertise spanning thirty years of policing with the Metropolitan Police Service London. He has represented UK law enforcement in global jurisdictions and has extensive experience of policing investigations/intelligence projects and training worldwide, at times during periods of conflicts as in Sierra Leone, Bosnia, Lebanon, and Afghanistan.

He has managed projects for the UN, and the EU conducting fact finding missions in Uganda and Nepal on behalf of the UN Human Rights Commission in Geneva and assisted the Turkish security forces in writing a bid for a training project on behalf of the EU. He also managed a training project in Libya for the UNODC. In addition to his own experience, he is able to utilise the extensive international experience within Subrosa Group particularly in the Middle East, Africa and Asia

His interests include professional boxing and is currently a volunteer Inspector with the British Boxing Board of Control.
