24/7 Security Operations Centre – Enhancing Client Assurance and Internal Capability

Last week, our Chief Operating Officer and CEO conducted a site visit to Subrosa Group’s Security Operations Centre (SOC). It was an opportunity to witness first-hand the professionalism, precision, and dedication of the team behind our round-the-clock support operations.

Operating 24/7, the SOC underpins Subrosa Group’s commitment to both external and internal security operations. It delivers essential services to clients including remote CCTV monitoring, intruder alarm notifications, mobile security response, and keyholding. In addition, our proprietary SafeCompanion™ and PRISM™ programmes are managed through the SOC, ensuring real-time oversight and immediate incident response.

Internally, the SOC supports all Subrosa Group divisions by managing national communications, lone worker safety, and by assisting Executive Protection teams across the EMENA region and beyond.

As a centralised command and communication hub, the SOC reinforces seamless coordination across global operations and gives clients the peace of mind that their people, assets, and information are safeguarded every hour of every day.
