Gary Madden

Gary Madden leads on International Project management utilising his extensive security knowledge, experience and expertise spanning thirty years of policing with the Metropolitan Police Service London. He has represented UK law enforcement in global jurisdictions and has extensive experience of policing investigations/intelligence projects and training worldwide, at times during periods of conflicts as in Sierra Leone, Bosnia, Lebanon, and Afghanistan.

He has managed projects for the UN, and the EU conducting fact finding missions in Uganda and Nepal on behalf of the UN Human Rights Commission in Geneva and assisted the Turkish security forces in writing a bid for a training project on behalf of the EU. He also managed a training project in Libya for the UNODC. In addition to his own experience, he is able to utilise the extensive international experience within Subrosa Group particularly in the Middle East, Africa and Asia

His interests include professional boxing and is currently a volunteer Inspector with the British Boxing Board of Control.
